How long does an Odoo implementation take for a manufacturing company?

It depends on your complexity. A typical implementation for a mid-sized manufacturing company takes 3–6 months. We are happy to do a phased rollout where production and inventory go live first, followed by finance and other modules.

Can Odoo handle complex multi-level bills of materials (BOM)?

Yes. Odoo supports multi-level BoMs, variants and make-to-order (MTO) as well as make-to-stock (MTS). You can also manage semi-finished goods as separate products with their own bills of materials and production routings.

Does Odoo work for discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing and mixed models?
