Trainee – Odoo Systems Consultant

UCS OneDo AB is now launching a trainee program where, over six months, you receive hands-on training to become a systems consultant in Odoo, one of the world's fastest-growing ERP systems.

About the role:
For six months (probationary employment), you get a structured path into the consulting profession:
■ Get a mentor who supports you throughout the program.
The goal is clear: after completing the program, you will be employed as a systems consultant at UCS OneDo AB.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who wants to work with the ERP system of the future and who has a strong interest in AI. You probably have a degree in business/finance, systems/IT, industrial engineering and management or similar – but your curiosity, drive and ability to understand both business and technology matter most.

Examples of tasks:
- Take part in Odoo implementation projects together with senior colleagues.
- Work hands-on with configuration, testing and user support.
- Help customers optimize their accounting and logistics flows.
- Contribute to documentation, training and follow-up of solutions.
- Be part of internal improvement and development work.
